Hello survivors!

To streamline the support process for you and the ensure that we track our players' issues better, we're moving support requests in-game. Technical problems and bugs can be reported using the in-game Help menu. Simply tap Customer Support to send us a message and we'll send you a notification in game when we respond. You can view your support conversations in the FAQ section. You can also tap Contact Us from the FAQs or Survival Guide to open a ticket in-game.

Official support hours are 9:00am to 6:00pm Eastern time, Monday to Friday. If you require assistance with a credit purchase, we will need the receipt showing the purchase in question.

The forums will be primarily for discussions and peer-to-peer support; technical issues should be reported using Helpshift in-game or here. Zendesk will be phased out shortly is no longer available.
