Network Errors past 24 hours

I haven't been able to connect to PSC since yesterday. Server net work error each time. Still getting notifications that I'm being dueled so guess others not having the same issue? I've exited the app each time I try.  Turned iPhone on & off & even looked to see if there is a new PSC update - but no. Hoping you extend the event since this has been a pain not being able to play my accounts.
What can be done to resolve this?

Hi sajak551,

We're not seeing on our side why you're unable to connect. We haven't had any network outages either. Are you using a different network than you usually use when playing? We'll reload your accounts as well, which may help.

Haven't changed a thing. I get the same error on wifi & LTE (data). Turned off iPhone a few more times even. What should I try next? Deleting app & reinstalling? Not sure last time I backed up accounts - will I loose anything? Can't attach screen capture since it says it's too big (MB)? Just says Network Error - servers may be busy.

You can email us the screenshot: support (at) massdmg.com

All of your rewards, loots, gear, titles, progress, etc are saved server side, so a delete and reinstall won't cause you to lose anything. As long as you remember your usernames, email address(es) and affiliated passwords, everything will be there when you log back in.

At this point, if you've already force quit the app and seen no improvement, a delete and reinstall may be the best step.

Delete & re-install worked. Thanks Cass. Guess I should have tried that earlier.
