Multipliers and disable timing

Hi, all you New Explorers! This thread is intended to impart a little strategy.

First, you'll want to get Dark Matter Multipliers and Materials Multipliers started as soon as possible. "Missions" includes space fight rewards, so the bonus isn't as lousy as it used to look. When you get to end game, the resources will just pile in.

In combat, you can disable the enemy. However, this still works on a time system. If you get two or more attacks that could disable the enemy before the enemy attacks, you should use the last possible attack, unless you need to be sure it works. If you have a move that disables yourself, you should try to use it when your engineering ship's next move is to heal you, since that will remove the disabled status effect.
