Officer stuck in "Working on base"

I have an officer stuck in Material Replication.
At some point I had 3 officer working in different Material Replicators, but for some reason one of them never finished.

The officer is available for shipassignment. And when I try warping her away from the base, I am prompted that she is in the Material Replicator, with 4 days left to go.

But when I look in the event log, I only have a single Material Replicator active, with a different officer, finishing in 9 days.
 
I have attached my save games, before I warped her away, and after.

I have also had this problem.

I have replicated it twice by

1) assigning officer to replicator

2) starting construction of new replicator (same type as first)

3) new replicator completes before officer finishes task

4) officer in original replicator gets stuck in replicator, no longer shows in replicator.

It might be slightly more complicated than that, because I was doing this simultaneously with the materials replicator and dark matter replicator, causing me to lose both officers.

I can't attach my saves: they are too large. Where should I send them?

I also had this problem, but it resolved itself after a while.

I thought only 1 officer could generate any given resource at a time?

Thanks for all the details, folks. We've worked this one out: it's a combination of multiple officers and multiple rooms and you should see this corrected in the next update!
