iOS 10 issues Cure
« on: September 13, 2016, 07:11:47 PM »
If anyone is having issues getting back into PSC following an install of iOS 10 (I've heard of issues on 6+ variations) try a reinstall it fixed it for Goblinz100 and I.

Sure was a pain in the ass, Frank. Couldn't have found the fix without RaiMOD's help

Yes, reinstalling directly from the App Store and not syncing from a backup in iTunes is the key.

PSC allows you to skip logging in repeatedly because it saves certain information about your device. When you sync with iTunes, it can create a mismatch in the app: PSC is trying to find your old details to skip the login process, but it gets ... confused... that creates the error message.

So, deleting PSC on your device and reinstalling will fix it and the next time you sync with iTunes, the problem is resolved. As of this writing, the delete and fresh install can be the best first step with network errors, be it a new iOS or a new device.
