Officer Re-rolling

I have a few ideas for making this slightly more user-friendly.

1) Give us an option to pick which type of officer we want, then pick between three of that type. (Useful when you know you want a science officer but don't want to take risks here. Should not fully replace existing system.)
2) Give us the option to pick one officer to "keep in mind" when viewing the next batch, so we can default to the "good" option if all those cadet difficulty re-rolls still don't yield the "personal ideal" option.

It all depends on how much you want officer selection to be one of the risks of the game. Full-on "pick your officers out of the complete list" would be overkill, but there is lots of space before we get there, especially when the random officers show up.
