HOW TO REQUEST FOR SUPPORT AND REPORT A BUG / ISSUE

Hello survivors,

As you may all know already, we greatly appreciate your reports and feedback on bugs and issues that you encounter in the game because it helps us make the game better.

There are certain pieces of information that we need to know in order to find and fix the issue. The more information we have from the following list, the better we can assist you and resolve the issue.
Please include the following information in your support request post:

  • Device Model (ex: iPod Touch 4th Gen, iPhone 4S, Samsung S3, etc...)
  • Firmware Version (ex: iOS 4.3.1, 5.1.1, 7.0.4, Jelly Bean etc...)
  • Device Jailbroken: YES or NO
  • Game Version (ex: 1.2.6, 1.4.47, etc...)
  • Your Username in the Game
  • When did the issue occurr? (Approximate date and time it happened)
  • Screenshot showing the issue (if available)
  • Is the issue reproducible? (Can you make it happen again and again?)
  • How did you get to this issue? (The steps that resulted in the issue occurring)
  • Does the issue block you from playing and enjoying the game?
  • Is there a work around that you can do? (Is there anything that you can do to get rid of the issue?)

This also applies when you are using Helpshift (in game or online) to report bugs or request support. Always include your username for us to better help you. Please note, we no longer use Zendesk for online support.

For assistance with a credit purchase, please email us directly at support@massdmg.com, including your username and your purchase receipt (receipt or screen shot of purchase history is acceptable).
